Haiti Recovery & Development Company Announces Morales Design Studios Strategic Partnership

HR&DC CEO Jim Lange Announces Morales Design Studios Alliance for master plan to build 5 Cities for Haiti and its citizens.

Dec. 22, 2010 – Tampa, Fla  –  Haiti Recovery & Development Company (HR&DC),  a Tampa, Florida company committed to building “5 Cities 4 Haiti” through the creation, implementation and management of a comprehensive recovery and development program for Haiti (Haiti’s version of The Marshall Plan), today announced a strategic alliance with Morales Design Studios. Via the terms of the  partnership, Morales Design Studios will provide planning and design services for residential housing in HR&DC master plan for Haiti.

Florida designing and developing award-winning affordable communities and housing for immigrant and migrant workers. Bobby also designed and worked on temporary shelters and affordable replacement housing for the US Gulf Coast region after Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Morales is a pioneer in utilizing modular and panelized systems for housing. He designed the first two successful communities in Central Florida that were developed and constructed solely with modular and panelized systems.

Bobby Morales is sought after by the media as an expert consultant on residential design and market trends. His designs and writings have been published nationally. He and his award-winning 2007 International Builders Show “In Sync” Showhouse were featured on the USA HGTV television channel.
