“Rocha Controls is looking forward to building a New Haiti by combining resources with the HR&DC alliance partnership, said Rocha Controls Founder Raymond Rocha. “We believe in the vision that has bought the partnership together and are exceptionally fortunate to be an integral part of such a forward thinking group of professionals.”

“Rocha Controls is a leader in water and wastewater treatment applications, and their experience will prove invaluable as we confront Haiti’s long-standing water challenges,” said HR&DC CEO Jim Lange. ”With our corporate mission calling for the establishment of 5 new cities throughout Haiti, and given Haiti’s current and historical water and sanitation crisis’, water represents a critical path component to Haiti’s emergence into the modern world.  As a result, I am pleased to announce the addition of Raymond Rocha and his associates onto our team.  Raymond Rocha is a gifted professional and I fully expect his contribution will become substantial in the months and years to come.”
