Tampa’s Haiti Recovery & Development Company Announces VP of Communication
Former FOX Television Executive Bob Linger volunteers to serve in media relations and marketing functions for HR&DC mission to implement master plan for a Haitian Renaissance.

Tampa, Fla. – October 26, 2010 – The Haiti Recovery & Development Company (HR&DC) a Tampa, Florida company committed to the creation, implementation and management of a comprehensive recovery and development program for Haiti (Haiti’s version of The Marshall Plan), announced today that former Fox Television Executive Bob Linger will join the company as VP of Communication effective immediately. In his role as VP of Communications, Linger will report directly to Haiti Recovery and Development Company CEO Jim Lange, responsible for media relations and marketing functions.
“Bob Linger brings a wealth of experience in media relations and marketing to our initiative,” commented Founder and CEO of HR&DC, Jim Lange. “His considerable expertise will be an asset as we develop our alliances and begin implementing our recovery and development plan for Haiti.” Lange added, “We are quite pleased that Bob has volunteered his time and experience to our effort, and offered the resources of Business Link Marketing, to our enterprise.”
Linger has been providing communication guidance to the HR&DC in an unpaid capacity since August 2010. He is currently CEO of Business Link Marketing (www.businesslinkmarketing.com), a Tampa marketing company specializing in media, marketing and public relations. Linger is a 30-year media and marketing veteran who recently served as VP General Manager of the FOX Owned and Operated WTVT-TV in Tampa, as well as innumerous sales and marketing management roles, and as a national advertising representative for multiple television station groups.
