Strategic Alliance Partners
Strategic Alliance Partners provide a major contribution or critically needed resource for success of the initiative on a regular and on-going basis to achieve this status with HR&DC.  Included in this relationship category are manufacturers interested in facilities in the enterprise zones within the 5 new Haitian cities.

Preferred Vendors
Preferred Vendors have expertise or a discipline required in some form or fashion during the execution phase of this initiative.  Preferred vendors are among a short-list of companies considered when suppliers cannot be found within Haiti.
