Haiti Trip; (December) Day Seven:

(Jorge Silva/Reuters)

While there is so much that I would like to share with you regarding today’s historic developments, I sorry to say that this installment will be short on details as I am thoroughly exhausted and I am having a great of difficulty seeing the keyboard.

With that being said, I will leave you with this bit of insight.

Today, in an inconspicuous conference room located in the heart of Haiti’s capital, I set into motion the first “official” action items ever undertaken by the Haitian National Memorial and Peace Park leadership committee.

These action items, though to numerous to properly expanded upon here, are all geared towards an outcome I have etched in stone and it is this:

On January 12, 2013, the transformation of the mass graves will begin in earnest.

Hundreds, if not thousands, of Haitians (and friends of Haiti) will arrive in Titanyen to liberate the land from darkness and the country will be the same.

This is our sacred oath and it will not be broken.
